We would like to remind all Owners that the Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled to be held Thursday, February 22nd at 7:00 p.m. in the Barker Block Breezeway.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to sign-in.  In order to hold the Annual Meeting and reach quorum, we are required to have 156 out of 310 ballots or proxies returned.  As of today, only 49 ballots and proxies have been receivedWe need 107 MORE ballots or proxies. We are asking each owner that has not voted or submitted a proxy to please take the time to read through the ballot mailer, complete the ballot and return it inside the envelopes provided as soon as possible.  Feel free to drop your ballot or proxy off at the Management Office.


If you misplaced your ballot and have not yet voted, please let Management know so a new ballot can be mailed to you.  Please feel free to call me or Administrative Assistant Nicome at 213-473-0079 with any questions you may have regarding the voting processYour vote counts!


****Please keep in mind, the HOA saves money by reaching quorum the first time around as we would not need to pay for legal counsel and the ballot inspector to return a second time.
