Change is Coming! Board of Directors Election Meeting Update

Thank you to all the members who made effort to help the Association reach the required quorum of 156 ballots to hold the Annual Election Meeting. Unfortunately, quorum was not met by meeting time last night. As a result, the meeting was adjourned to be held under the reduced quorum on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. (via ZOOM)

The polling station will open at 6:45 p.m. to provide members who have not voted with the opportunity to submit their ballot prior to meeting time. Secret ballots received by the Inspector(s), or which were cast at the Annual Meeting will be valid for adjourned meetings.

Remember, there are (2) open seats available for a two-year term. Members have been provided with the candidate statements for those noted on the ballot and/or who would like to be considered for your nomination and vote.

Nominations from the floor will be called upon confirmation that quorum has been met and the meeting is called to order. Any eligible member may nominate himself/herself, or may nominate another eligible individual if the individual being nominated is present to accept the nomination. Write-In candidates must also be nominated from the floor.

This is a great opportunity learn about the HOA industry including operating policies, procedures, enforcement, legislature, budgeting and so much more! You also get to know and work with incredible people!
