Download the New Resident Forms and submit them to the On-Site Management at least 7-days prior to the move in date. Email to NTaylor@ActionLife.com or NGonzalez@ActionLife.com – Please be sure you include the Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless for Use of the Common Area Amenities. Don’t forget to keep note of what key fobs or key cards are transferred. Keep record of those serial numbers!
