Architectural Improvements

The Association’s Architectural Guidelines are designed with the goal of maintaining the aesthetic beauty, preserving the safety, value and desirability of Barker Block. Before any Improvements other than painting or sealing / staining floors to your Unit, including balcony or patio (collectively “Unit”), you must first submit a complete Architectural Application to the Architectural Committee. Download the HOA’s Architectural Guidelines and Application for complete details to gain approval for the proposed improvements to your “Unit”.
